Ingredients

  • 1 1/3 cups flour
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 Tbsp cinnamon powder

Directions

1.Preheat the oven to 180 C and grease a 9-inch round pan.
2.Sift together all the dry ingredients; set aside.
3.In a large bowl, add all the wet ingredients and beat them until light and fluffy.
4.Then add flour mixture (1 Tbsp at a time) and beat again after each addition, until well combined.
5.Pour batter into a prepared pan and bake for 35 to 40 minutes.

Recipe Note-
You can adjust the amount of cinnamon powder (from 1 tsp to 1 Tbsp), according to your taste.

AOA, I never thought of baking my cakes with any spices but your cinnamon cake looks completely appetiting.
Do I need to say something about the photograph specifically? :D
